We arrived early and asked to store our luggage until check-in time at 3 p.m. Instead, they generously allowed us to check in immediately, hours earlier than expected. On hour last day, they once again provided excellent service by holding our luggage until our late evening flight, without any additional costs. The reception team was kind and communicative, with special thanks to Jenny (I think) and here colleagues for their professionalism and attentiveness. Housekeeping also did a great job. Our room was kept clean, with fresh towels each day, even though we kept things quite tidy ourselves. Lastly, the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Milan at an affordable price. With a metro station nearby, getting to the city center was quick and convenient. We also found it easy to reach San Siro stadium. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of amenities around, including a large Carrefour market, restaurants, and bars.

Upon checking in, it felt as though our room had been upgraded, we were informed that we were staying in the 'junior suite', which was a welcomed surprise! The room was fabulous. It had a coat room, bath/shower room, sitting room and bedroom. The room was clean and well appointed, with lightswitches on both sides of the bed, excellent blackout curtains, glasses, toiletries, kettle, minifridge etc. We were also gifted a welcome drink at the bar, where the barman, Francesco, took care of our every need; supplying us with some delicious complementary snacks and friendly conversation. The breakfast was extensive with lovely views over the city, in a quiet and relaxing environment. Staff at the front desk were always welcoming and helpful. We had an early flight, so we requested a packed breakfast to take with us. This was organised without issue, and did not fail to dissapoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will not hesitate to return! I could not reccomend this hotel enough.

In the room there was a nice welcoming note with my name. The breakfast was super nice and clean, with lots of options and with the nice view. They also gave us a package of their own pasta, which we found in our room the next evening, again with very kind note. While checking out, we found out that we were supposed to get a welcome drink. Although we were saying that it doesn't mind that we didn't get it, the receptionist told us that she wants to offer us something, and as a result, each of us two got one breakfast for free. I definitely recommend this hotel, it is a real example, how to treat guests. They want you to enjoy your stay and have a great time. Definitely coming back in the future.

The beds were comfortable as were the two chairs with a small table and a sofa so we did not have to sit on the beds. There was a desk and a big TV on the wall. The electric sockets by the desk and next to the beds all had USB charging connections. The walk-in closet was super and the safe was conveniently located and worked with a credit card. The internet connection was good and the bar in the lobby was open until late. We booked a parking space behind the hotel and left the car there during our stay. There are two Metro stations within walking distance as well as bars, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast room is very nice but we did not try the breakfast as we preferred to sleep late.
