The reception staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. We arrived on the evening of 24.01.2025, and the team at the reception arranged our check-in, car parking, and welcome drink with utmost efficiency. The same level of professionalism was evident during check-out—despite it being a busy time, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We were pleasantly surprised not only to be offered a welcome drink but also by the fact that it wasn’t just a shot or a mixed drink. Instead, we were given the option to choose from a variety of beverages, accompanied by a wide selection of snacks. The bar tender was also very welcoming. The parking facility is conveniently located next to the hotel, making it easy to load and unload items from the car. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The cleaning staff were so discreet that we hardly noticed when the room was cleaned. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, including pastries, sausages, eggs, various types of milk, cheeses, juices, and yogurts. The dining area features a glass wall that provides an impressive view of the neighborhood. There are two metro stations within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it’s only a 10-minute ride to the Duomo.

We had a quiet, spacious room on the 5th floor which was well lighted and had a very nice bathroom. The room was clean and had everything we could have asked for. The beds were comfortable as were the two chairs with a small table and a sofa so we did not have to sit on the beds. There was a desk and a big TV on the wall. The electric sockets by the desk and next to the beds all had USB charging connections. The walk-in closet was super and the safe was conveniently located and worked with a credit card. The internet connection was good and the bar in the lobby was open until late. We booked a parking space behind the hotel and left the car there during our stay. There are two Metro stations within walking distance as well as bars, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast room is very nice but we did not try the breakfast as we preferred to sleep late.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff really wants you to enjoy your stay. They offered us bigger room for the same price and the it was absolutely huge. In the room there was a nice welcoming note with my name. The breakfast was super nice and clean, with lots of options and with the nice view. They also gave us a package of their own pasta, which we found in our room the next evening, again with very kind note. While checking out, we found out that we were supposed to get a welcome drink. Although we were saying that it doesn't mind that we didn't get it, the receptionist told us that she wants to offer us something, and as a result, each of us two got one breakfast for free. I definitely recommend this hotel, it is a real example, how to treat guests. They want you to enjoy your stay and have a great time. Definitely coming back in the future.

We had a great stay! All of the staff members were very kind and helpful! The hotel was wonderful, very beautiful and in great location. The breakfast was 10/10 and the lady on the breakfast was the sweetest! Our room was very clean and tidy! They offered us a welcome drink that we really appreciated but didn’t have enough time to get it. Big thank you to the receptionist who made our check in and to the receptionist who helped us on our departure! We will definitely be back and we 100% recommend it!

The staff and how you are looked after is what makes this a 10/10. Special mention to Jenny who was an amazing on the desk, making sure everything was great for our stay. From the welcome drinks to the check in, everything made you feel so welcome and special. Francesco behind the bar also a great asset with his friendliness and attentiveness. The location was also just right for San Siro, the main reason for our stay (we walked back to the hotel) and it was super close to the Metro to see the rest of the city. Room was comfy and the bathroom looks like it had just been renovated as all modern and super clean.
